At BallereTTe, we want you to love every step in your new shoes. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original BallereTTe branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
